Are your prices final?
They're starting prices for a typical East Metro home. Bigger yards, steep hills and long driveways cost more. You get the exact price before any work starts, and quotes are free.
How fast do you reply?
The same day. Every quote request gets an answer the day we get it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Book one job or a weekly plan and stop whenever you want. Snow season plans are paid at the start of the season, and if you cancel partway through we refund the unused part of the season.
How do I pay?
Cash, Venmo or check. Prepaid snow plans are paid at the start of the season.
When do you clear snow?
After each snowfall: before school, after school, and all day on weekends. Priority plan homes are cleared first, then season plans, then per-storm customers.
Is the sidewalk included with snow removal?
Always. Every snow price includes your driveway, your sidewalk and the pile the city plow leaves at the end of your driveway. The Priority plan adds your front steps.
What comes with lawn mowing?
Mowing, then we blow off your driveway, walks and patio before we leave. Add edging and trimming any time.
What if I'm not happy with a job?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it for free. If we can't make it right, you don't pay for that job.
Do you have discounts?
Yes: 10% off your first service, $10 off your next service for every neighbor you refer who books, a discount for seniors and military, and a discount when you book lawn care and snow removal together.

Woodbury, Maplewood, Mahtomedi, Oakdale, North St. Paul, White Bear Lake, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, Vadnais Heights, Cottage Grove, Little Canada, Roseville and St. Paul's East Side. Not sure if you're close enough? Send us your address.
Can you do a job that isn't on your list?
Ask us. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a quote. If it's not something we can do well, we'll tell you.
