Terms of service

Prices and quotes

• Prices on this website are starting prices for a typical home. Your exact price depends on your property, such as yard size, slopes, driveway length and how much work is needed.
• We give you an exact price before any work starts. Quotes are free and you're never charged for a quote.
• Prices don't include any sales tax that Minnesota law requires on some services. If tax applies to your job, it will be shown on your price.
• We may update the prices on this website at any time. A price we've already given you for a booked job won't change unless the job changes.

Discounts

Discounts listed on this website (first service, referral, senior and military, and lawn + snow bundle) apply when you mention them before we do the work. The referral credit is $10 off your next service for each neighbor you refer who books with us.

Scheduling and weather

We schedule jobs around weather and around school. If rain, snow or unsafe conditions mean we can't do a job when planned, we'll contact you and reschedule. You're never charged for a visit we didn't do. For snow removal, we clear after each snowfall, before school, after school and all day on weekends, with Priority plan homes first.

Your property

• You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have work done there.
• Please tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as sprinkler heads, invisible pet fences, buried cables, pets in the yard, gate codes or fragile items.
• Please keep pets inside while we're working, and keep the work area clear of cars and toys when you can.
• If something is damaged while we're working, tell us within 48 hours so we can look at it and work it out with you.

Payment

We accept cash, Venmo and checks. One-time jobs and weekly services are paid as we do them. Prepaid snow season plans are paid at the start of the season. If a check is returned, we may ask for payment another way.

Cancelling

There are no contracts. You can cancel a one-time job or stop a weekly plan whenever you want; just let us know before we head out. Prepaid snow plans can be cancelled at any time for a refund of the unused part of the season, as explained in our refund policy.

This website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. If something here is wrong, the price or details we give you directly are the ones that count. Please don't misuse the quote form, for example by sending spam or someone else's information.

Minnesota law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
