What every snow visit includes
- Your driveway
- Your sidewalk
- The pile the city plow leaves at the end of your driveway
The Priority plan adds your front steps, and your house is one of our first stops after every snowfall.
When we come
We clear snow before school, after school, and all day on weekends. Priority plan homes are cleared first, then season plans, then per-storm customers.
Prepaid season plans
Season plans are paid at the start of the season. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused part of the season. A light winter isn't a reason for a refund, since you're paying for a spot on our route all season. Details are in our refund policy.
Questions about snow removal
Is the sidewalk included?
Always. Every snow price includes your driveway and your sidewalk. The Priority plan adds your front steps.
Do you clear the plow pile at the end of the driveway?
Yes. The pile the city plow leaves at the end of your driveway is included on every visit.
What happens if it barely snows?
Season plans are one price for the whole winter, so the price stays the same in a light winter or a heavy one. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused part of the season.
Do you get a discount for booking lawn care too?
Yes. Book lawn care and snow removal with us and you pay less for both.
