This policy explains what information Northland Property Crew collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and do the work you ask for.
- When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, the address of the job, your town, the services you picked, any job details you write, how you'd like to be contacted, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, discount details and the name of who referred you.
- When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
- When you become a customer: the jobs we do for you, before and after photos of the work, and payment records.
We never ask for or collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your request and give you a price
- To schedule and do the work, and to contact you about it
- To send bills and keep business and tax records
- To apply discounts, including giving a referral credit to the person who referred you
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't send marketing texts. If you ever want us to stop texting you, reply STOP or tell us, and we will.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only use these services to run the website and our business:
- Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our business email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts how many people visit each page. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We don't use advertising trackers, tracking pixels or social media trackers. Our visitor counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner on this site.
Our fonts and all of our site files are hosted on our own website, so loading a page doesn't send your information to font or design companies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, and for as long as we're required to keep business and tax records. If you ask for a quote and don't book, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email northlandpropertycrew@gmail.com or call or text 651-802-9361. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Children
This website is for homeowners and renters looking for property services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Keeping it safe
This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only the people who run Northland Property Crew can see your requests. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything sensitive through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
